2) Eligibility & account•You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).•If you create an account, you are responsible for all activity under it and must keep your login secure.•We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where permitted by law.

 

3) Nature of services (important disclaimers)•We provide astrology, numerology, vastu, reiki/energy-healing consultations, and related educational content. These are advisory/wellness services based on traditional and personal practices.

 

•Not medical/legal/financial advice. Our services and content do not replace professional advice from licensed doctors, psychologists, lawyers, or financial advisors. For emergencies or health concerns, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

•No guarantees. Outcomes vary by individual; we do not guarantee specific results.

•Products (e.g., oils, yantras) are sold as spiritual/wellness items only. They are not medicines or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.4) Ordering, pricing & payments•Prices are shown in [INR/your currency] and may change without notice.

•We may correct pricing/errors before or after you place an order; if your order is affected, we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel and refund.

•We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You authorize us (or our processor) to charge your selected method for the full amount, including taxes, shipping, and any fees.

•You agree to provide accurate billing/shipping information and to promptly update it.5) Consultations: booking, rescheduling & cancellations

•Booking. You’ll receive instructions (call/meet link, time slot, prep notes) after payment or confirmation.•Rescheduling. Please reschedule ≥12 hours before the appointment (subject to availability).•Cancellation. You may cancel ≥24 hours before the appointment for a refund per our Refund Policy.

•No-show/late. If you are 15+ minutes late or do not attend, the session may be shortened or considered a no-show. No-show fees may apply and the session may be non-refundable.

•Follow-ups. If noted on a service page, follow-up support (e.g., limited WhatsApp/email) is included; scope and duration are as stated on that page.6) Shipping, delivery & risk of loss (for physical products)

•We ship to the regions listed on the Site. Estimated delivery dates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

•Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

•Customs/duties/taxes for international shipments are your responsibility.

•If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect address or refusal, re-shipping fees may apply.

 

7) Returns & refunds

      In summary:

 

oConsultations: Often non-refundable once delivered. If you cancel ≥24h in advance, refunds follow the policy posted.

 

oPhysical products: Return within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective/incorrect.

 

oNon-returnable items: Opened oils/consumables, customized/energized yantras or personalized items, items marked final sale.

 

oDefective or wrong item: Notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos; we’ll repair/replace or refund as required by law.

 

•Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection/approval.

 

8) Intellectual property•The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos, product photos, videos, and other content are owned or licensed by us and protected by IP laws.•We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.•You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

 

9) User content, reviews & feedback•If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content (“User Content”), you represent you own or have rights to it and that it does not infringe any rights or violate any law.•You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Site, marketing, and social media.•We may edit, remove, or refuse User Content that is unlawful, misleading, spammy, or harmful.

 

10) Acceptable useYou agree not to:•Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;•Harass, threaten, or harm others;•Upload malware or interfere with Site security;•Perform automated scraping, data extraction, or excessive load;•Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;•Circumvent access controls or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

 

11) Third-party services & linksThe Site may link to third-party websites, apps, logistics services (e.g., couriers), or payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

 

12) Health & results disclaimer (highlight)•Our services are spiritual/wellness in nature and do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial services.•No promise of outcomes. Any statements regarding energy work, vastu, or astrology are based on traditional beliefs and anecdotal experience; individual results vary.•You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

 

13) Limitation of liabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law:•We (and our officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits/revenue/data, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Site, products, or services.•Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product/service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.

 

14) IndemnityYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

18) Governing law & disputes•Governing law: The laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.•Jurisdiction: Courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer laws grant you mandatory rights elsewhere.•Informal resolution first: Contact us at [support@astrohealinguniverse.com] within 30 days of the issue; we will try to resolve it in good faith.•If not resolved, disputes may be brought in the courts above; you and we waive jury trial where applicable. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for IP or security matters.

 

19) Force majeureWe are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes, internet failures, governmental actions).

 

20) Electronic communications & consentYou consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, SMS/WhatsApp where applicable) and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirements for written notices.

 

21) Severability & entire agreementIf any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and services.
