Refund & Return Policy
At Astro Healing Universe, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the sacred nature of our offerings, certain rules apply.
1. Astrology & Consultation Services

Non-refundable once booked, as these are time-based services delivered by our astrologers.
2. Spiritual Products (Oils, Rudraksha, Yantras, etc.)

Eligible for return/replacement only if damaged in transit or if the wrong product was shipped.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package.
3. Refund Method
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened oils, worn rudrakshas, energized yantras,cannot be returned.

Custom-made spiritual remedies are non-returnable.
Cancellation Policy
At Astro Healing Universe, we value your trust and time. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for both consultations/services and product orders.
1. Consultation / Service Cancellations
Advance Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund (processed within 5–7 business days). Cancellations made 12–24 hours before the consultation may be eligible for a 50% refund or a free rescheduling (subject to availability). Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session or no-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule a session once if you notify us ≥12 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to consultant availability.
No-shows: If you fail to attend a booked session without notice, the session is counted as delivered and is non-refundable.
2. Product Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been processed/shipped yet. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return after delivery (see Refund & Shipping Policy).
3. Special ItemsCustomized, personalized, or energized products (e.g., yantras, rudraksh prepared for you) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processing begins.
