All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Personalized or energized items (e.g., yantras, healing oils) may require an additional 2–4 days for preparation before dispatch.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

We ship across India via Shiprocket, which connects us to leading courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, XpressBees, Shadowfax, and India Post.

Courier partner allocation is automated based on pin code serviceability, speed, and reliability.

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 5-7 business days

💰 Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 extra service charge (where available)

Free Shipping: Prepaid Orders qualify for free standard shipping.
📦 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with a Shiprocket tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier website.
📬 Delivery Policy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address including pin code, landmark, and phone number.

If the courier is unable to deliver after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
🚫 Undeliverable Packages

•Astro Healing Universe is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept delivery.

In such cases, re-delivery will be arranged at additional shipping cost.
📦 Damaged / Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

For accepted parcels, any claims of missing/damaged products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
