Astro Healing Universe — Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies 1) Booking Scope: Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Gemstone/Rudraksha, Reiki/Aura services (“connected services”). Time zone: All slots shown in IST (UTC+5:30). Payment: 100% pre-payment secures your slot. Prices in INR; GST added where applicable. Confirmation: Instant email/WhatsApp with meeting link (Zoom/Google Meet/Phone) + intake form. Intake & details: Birth data/addresses (if required) must be submitted 12 hrs before the session. Late arrival: 10-min grace; sessions end at the scheduled time. Minors: Under 18 require parent/guardian consent and presence for the session. Packages: Valid 6 months from purchase; sessions must be scheduled in advance. 2) Reschedule & Cancellation Free reschedule/cancel (full refund/credit): ≥24 hrs before start time. (Refunds are to original method; payment-gateway fees, if any, are non-refundable.) Late change: 6–24 hrs before — choose one: (a) 50% refund/credit or (b) one-time reschedule at no fee. Last-minute / No-show: <6 hrs before or absent — non-refundable; no reschedule. Workshops/Events: Tickets are non-refundable; you may transfer your seat once up to 24 hrs prior. Packages: Unused packages refundable within 7 days if no session redeemed; once started, non-refundable but transferable one time to another person within validity. Emergencies: Write to us within 48 hrs of the missed session; discretionary credits may apply. 3) Waitlist Join: If a slot is full, add your name to the waitlist on the service page. Notification: We’ll send an auto alert (email/WhatsApp) when a spot opens. Claim window: You have 2 hours to confirm and pay; after that, the slot goes to the next person. Priority: First-come, first-served; package holders get priority when possible. 4) Service Ethics & Disclaimers Guidance is educational/spiritual; not medical, legal, or financial advice. For health issues, consult a licensed professional. Your data (birth details, contact info) is handled per our Privacy Policy and used only for scheduling and analysis.
